PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it for order texts. Your billing details are handled by our payment processor. We collect your logo file and your order details, including the animation style, background, brand details, messages, and the options you choose.

2. HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to produce and deliver your order, send you order emails and texts, and provide support. With your consent, we also use it to measure how our site is used and to show our ads.

3. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We work with our order and customer management system, our payment processor (Stripe), and a file delivery service. We do not currently use analytics or advertising services. If we add them, they will run only if you allow them, and we will update this policy first.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Necessary (always on). These keep the site working and secure:

• A security cookie from our hosting network (Cloudflare, named __cf_bm) that helps block automated bots. It expires after about 30 minutes.
• Information saved in your own browser that remembers your cart, your order in progress, your cookie choice, and whether you have seen or closed our offer popup. It stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you check out or submit a form.
• Fonts loaded from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address to deliver them.

Payments. When you pay, you go to Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process payment and prevent fraud, under Stripe's privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising (off). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel, they will load only if you choose to allow them in our cookie banner or Cookie Settings.

You can review or change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

6. TEXT MESSAGES

If you opt in to order texts, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or reply HELP for help.

7. YOUR CHOICES

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as advertising off. To request access to or deletion of your information, email orders@logofxstudio.com.

8. YOUR LOGO AND BRAND FILES

Your logo and brand files are used only to produce your order. They are not sold, and they are deleted on request.

9. CHILDREN

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
