TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: October 2026

1. LOGO ANIMATION SERVICES

Logo FX Studio provides custom video logo animation services based on digital assets submitted by the customer. Every logo animation order is processed individually by our creative team.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

Upon full payment, Logo FX Studio grants the customer 100% full, perpetual, worldwide commercial rights to use the delivered animated video files across all digital media, web, social, broadcast TV, and presentations. You retain full ownership of your trademarked logos.

3. REFUNDS, CORRECTIONS & REVISIONS

Every animation is made to order, so orders do not include revision rounds. If we make a production error, such as the wrong logo, a misspelled message, or the wrong format, we will correct it at no charge. Email orders@logofxstudio.com and we will make it right.

If your logo file is not usable, we will contact you for a better version before we begin. If a usable file cannot be provided, we will refund your order in full.

Because each animation is produced specifically for you, orders cannot be refunded once production has started. If we are unable to produce your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. ANIMATION STYLES & CREATIVE VARIATION

Logo FX Studio sells professionally designed logo animation styles, not frame-for-frame reproductions. The selected Animation Style establishes the overall creative direction, and the defining effect shown in the preview will remain recognizable. Because each animation is created specifically for your logo, exact motion, timing, particles, effect placement, and camera movement may vary slightly based on your logo's shape, layout, colors, and proportions. Normal creative variation from an Animation Style preview does not constitute an incorrect order, provided the delivered animation clearly reflects the selected style and preserves the customer's logo identity. This does not change the correction and refund terms in Section 3.
